2022 Stanley Cup Prop Bets

2022 Stanley Cup Props

Colorado and Tampa Bay face-off in the Game of the 106th Stanley Cup from Denver. The Avalanche are 12-2 in the playoffs and they disposed of Edmonton in a four-game sweep. The Lightning is going for a “three-peat” after beating the Rangers six games. They came back from being down 2-0 to win four straight games.

In the regular season, these teams played twice with Colorado winning both by a goal apiece. One of the wins came in a shootout (Oct. 23). Let's take a look at some of my top prop bet picks for the series overall.

(odds from Draft Kings)

Series Winner

Tampa Bay Lightning +150

Center Brayden Point should return after suffering a lower-body injury in Game 7 of the first round. Point had 28 goals and 30 assists in the regular season, so that should be a big lift for the Lightning. Colorado should be missing Nazem Kadri (87pts reg. season, 14pts playoffs) and Andrew Cogliano, who both underwent surgery after sustaining hand injuries against Edmonton. The key here is in net where Andrei Vasilevskiy is the best playoff goaltender in the game. He has posted a .925 SV% and 2.24 GAA over a whopping 98 appearances and has won 61 of those 98 playoff contests.
