Day one of the LCK Summer Split is in the books, and it was an exciting one. The defending Spring Split champions T1 fell at the hands of DragonX in a 2-1 battle, and Afreeca Freecs looked much better than they did during the spring in their debut against Sandbox with a 2-0 blanking. The second day of the split should be no less entertaining as we will get our first look at Team Dynamics in LCK action. They open the day's action with a tough task in kt Rolster. This match will be followed two underperformers in the Spring Split battling it out as APK Prince will go to war with Hanwha Life Esports.

The opening match of the day is intriguing as the 4th place team during spring, kt Rolster, looks to build on a playoff appearance during the spring. I'm very sure that kt Rolster's first round exit in the LCK Spring Playoffs didn't leave a good taste in the team's mouth and they are anxious to get back into action. Team Dynamics is relatively unknown to mainstream LCK fans as this will be their first piece of LCK action. The team dominated the LCK Summer 2020 - Promotion event with back to back 2-0 wins to earn their way into the league as they previously competed in the CK which is the minor leagues of the LCK. I honestly don't believe that Team Dynamics should be this big of an underdog as they have been a perrenial contender in the CK, and their performance in the Promotion tournament showed that they are a really strong team. During the spring, kt Rolster was somewhat inconsistent and I expect them to overlook Team Dynamics in this match. I'm playing Team Dynamics in their debut as I love the price tag on them and I was overly impressed by their gameplay during the Promotion tournament.

The second battle of the day will be between two teams who are looking for a better split performance after missing the playoffs during the spring. Both teams in this bout finished the LCK Spring Split with a 6-12 record. Hanwha Life Esports avoided demotion in the Spring Promotion tournament before the beginning of the Spring Split while APK Prince earned promotion from the event. These teams met once during the Spring Promotion tournament and twice during the Spring Split, and APK Prince won all three of those meetings. Hanwha picked up Bot Laner Viper from Griffin during the break who joins his old teammate from Griffin, Lehends, who came over before the beginning of the Spring Split. This pre-existing chemistry between Hanwha Life's Bot Laner and Support should provide a boost in the level of play from the team, and I am on them to take care of business in their debut.
