#11. Seattle Seahawks 2-1 (+2500/+4000) - The Seahawks won their second straight game this week and now travel to New York to take on the toothless Giants on Monday night. Last Week’s Rank: Unranked
#10. Cleveland Browns 2-1 (+1000/+2200) - The injury to Chubb might actually help Watson take a stronger hold on this team. The Browns need him more than ever. Last Week’s Rank: Unranked
#9. New Orleans Saints 2-1 (+1800/+3000) - The Saints were well on their way to a 3-0 start until QB Carr went down with a shoulder injury. Carr will likely miss this week as well but Winston should be ready to go with a week to prepare for Tampa Bay. Last Week’s Rank: 9th
#8. Baltimore Ravens 2-1 (+1000/+2000) - The Ravens lost their first game this week at home to the Colts. The Colts were able to punch the Ravens’ defense in the mouth but QB Jackson looked more like his old self for the first time this season. Last Week’s Rank: 7th
#7. Detroit Lions 2-1 (+950/+2000) - The Lions knocked the Falcons from the list of unbeaten teams this week. This defense has a chance to complement what is an explosive offense. Last Week’s Rank: 10th
#6. Dallas Cowboys 2-1 (+350/+750) - Jerry Jones barely got out the words suggesting his team take a bow when star CB Diggs tore his ACL. The shell-shocked Cowboys were dominated by Arizona’s weak offense. Last Week’s Rank: 3rd
#5. Buffalo Bills 2-1 (+300/+1000) - The Bills’ defense showed out against Washington on the road to improve to 2-1. The Bills’ new and improved ground game now squares off against the Dolphins. Last Week’s Rank: 7th
#4. Kansas City Chiefs 2-1 (+300/+650) - The Chiefs made quick work of the Bears this week and their offense appeared to be moving Swiftly…see what I did there? Last Week’s Rank: 5th
#3. Miami Dolphins 3-0 (+425/+900) - The Dolphins put a 70 spot up on the hapless Broncos. A tilt in Buffalo this week should give us a good idea of where they stand. Last Week’s Rank: 6th
#2. Philadelphia Eagles 3-0 (+330/+700) - Jaylen Hurts looks to be getting more and more comfortable in the offense. Not a good sign for the rest of the NFL. Last Week’s Rank: 2nd
#1. SF 49ers 3-0 (+220/+600) - Brock Purdy is now 8-0 as a starting quarterback in the NFL. Next up for the Niners are the Arizona Cardinals. Last Week’s Rank: 1st
Upset Alert for Week 3: Last week, we went 0-2 with our long-shot bets. I think the Dolphins are still scoring. Here’s a couple
#1. Minnesota (-3.5) at Carolina: Minnesota is primed for another potential upset here on the road against a Panthers team that is fourth in the NFL in sacks and a solid 10th against the pass.
#2. Pittsburgh (-3) at Houston: Why is this line odd to me? The Steelers have won two straight games and get ready to unleash their pass rush against a rookie QB. Yet, I find the Texans an interesting play here. Pitt’s defense, despite appearances, is 28th overall and 30th against the run. I can see a scenario in which the Texans pound the ball right at the Steelers and set up the pass.
