Both team identies marred in fog, I think BLG has some fight under stones of last season unturned yet this summer. A challenge like FPX should be the one to pry it out from them.

The defending Spring Split champion G2 Esports dominated MAD Lions during the playoffs of the previous split. Look for them to repeat this effort with a big win to open LEC play.

FC Schalke 04 (-170) vs. Team Vitality (+125)

Spread: FC Schalke 04 -5.5 kills (-105)/Team Vitality +5.5 kills (-125)

Both of these teams were super disapointing during the Spring Split, but FC Schalke 04 had three times as many wins as their opponent. I expect them to make easy work of the horrid squad of Team Vitality.

This contest will be super lop-sided. SK Gaming is not a good team by any means. Meanwhile Origen is one of the top teams in the LEC. Expect Origen to take care of business in this battle.

Rogue beat exceL eSports twice during the Spring Split, but I don't look for them to do that here. These two teams are very evenly matched, and I like exceL eSports's chances in this contest.

Misfits Gaming is a super tough team, and they beat Fnatic twice during the Spring Split. I believe that Fnatic will repay the favor in this opening match, however, with a big win over an old foe of theirs.

LCS (North America)(Best Of One)

Evil Geniuses (-175) vs. 100 Thieves (+130)

Spread: Evil Geniuses -5.5 kills (+105)/100 Thieves +5.5 kills (-135)

These are two very familiar opponents in both LoL and CS:GO. They met three times during the Spring Split with EG winning two of those meetings. I believe 100 Thieves will open up the Summer Split with a win here however.

Cloud9 (-500) vs. FlyQuest (+315)

Spread: Cloud9 -7.5 kills (-130)/FlyQuest +7.5 kills (+100)

FlyQuest is a very good team, but Cloud9 is by far the best team in the LCS. I don't expect them to completely dominate FlyQuest though. Look for FlyQuest to keep this contest interesting.
