T1 Preview
You can't mention thoroughbred in League of Legends without mentioning T1. They are the first and only organization to win the World Championship three times and also twice consecutively. The defending LCK Spring Split champions are one of the best LoL squads in the world.
T1 has a plethora of Premier Tier championships under their belt and they capped their nice Spring Split run with a 3-0 victory over Gen.G in the finals. Teddy is not only one of the best ADCs in the world but one of the best League of Legends players in the world. He held a 7.13 KDA (Kill Death Assist Ratio) which topped the LCK during the Spring Split. Pair him with top-laner Canna who held a KDA of 6.17 and you have a dangerous team.
Top Esports (TES) Preview
Top Esports enters as the runner-up of the LPL Spring 2020 Split. They were able to advance past Team WE and Invictus Gaming in the quarterfinals and semifinals before falling just short. The team gave the eventual-champions JD Gaming all the could handle before losing 2-3.
Much of Top Esports' late Spring Split success came after the return of JackeyLove, one of the best ADCs in the world. The former Invictus Gaming stud JackeyLove signed with Top Esports April 3rd and provided the team with a huge boost, picking up 2 MVPs throughout the playoffs. The real bread and butter of the team have been Knight. The mid-laner led the entire LPL Playoffs as he was named MVP five times during that period.
Pick: Over 25.5 Kills (-115 @ Bovada)
Expect plenty of fireworks in this battle. T1 is one of the top League of Legends squads in the world and they know how to get the job done. However, their opponent Top Esports is also very good and they are even better since the addition of JackeyLove. The top two players from each team hold a combined KDA of 22.86 throughout their respective Spring Splits between just the four of them. There will be plenty of action in this closing match of the day, and the over on the kills total is the best way to approach the battle.
