League of Legends 4/27 LPL Odds, Pick & Preview - FPX vs. JDG
Well, it was a tough run last time out, but I've got a great feel about the LPL match set for Monday. There isn't much action going on Monday, however, the LPL Playoffs continue to roll on. We have an interesting bout set between FunPlus Phoenix (FPX) and JD Gaming (JDG). This is the second semifinal contest although neither team's season will end after this match. The loser will take on Invictus Gaming (iG) in the third-place game on April 29th and the winner will face Top eSports (TES) in the LPL Finals May 2nd.

JDG - Zoom, Kanavi, Yagao, Loken, LvMao
This should be a dog-fight Monday morning. Both of theses teams closed the Spring Split with a 12-4 record, but JDG is scorching hot. JDG closed the split with seven straight wins while FPX lost their last match of the split. FPX is certainly no slouch, but they have their hands full here.
JDG may have fallen to FPX during the Spring Split in a 2-1 bout, but I believe they will get their revenge here. JDG's team has the higher kill:death ratio at 1.55 as opposed to 1.42 from FPX. JDG also has a baron control rate of 75% which is better than FPX's 60%. If you don't mind laying the juice, I'd play JDG's +1.5 spread at -195 for some insurance. However, I'm playing JDG's moneyline as I like them to pull the upset.
