OG vs. forZe Preview & Prediction - Free 6/12 CS:GO Betting Picks

OG and forZe are set to square away in an upper bracket round two matchup of the ESL Pro League Season 12: European Qualifier. OG had a first round bye while forZe took down Sprout to advance. These teams have met twice since April, and they split those meetings.

The 20th ranked OG has been shaky lately with a 50% win rate over the last three months. Oddly enough, many of their recent contests have ended in either a 2-0 win or an 0-2 loss which leaves some concern. They have a pretty decent map pool, which helps them in many cases. In fact, Overpass and Inferno are the only two maps in which OG has a win rate lower than 50% on in the last three months.

The Russian squad of forZe comes in ranking 23rd in the world. They've been better than the average lately as they are riding a three match win streak with a 60.9% win rate over the last three months. Their map pool is somewhat odd as they excel on Inferno, Mirage and Nuke with win rates of at least 65%. Overpass and Vertigo have been thorns in their side though with a 25% win rate on Overpass and no win on the map Vertigo the last three months.

Pick: Over 2.5 Maps (+119 @ Pinnacle)

I like the over a bunch in this battle. OG has been shaky lately to say the least, but they are a really good team. Their opponent forZe has also been inconsistent and I don't have a feel either way on who will win this battle. These two teams are very evenly matched, however. I have a hard time picturing either of these teams winning this contest 2-0 so I will take the over with confidence.
