However, as of November 20, 2025, the vote on Assembly Bill 601 was delayed, and we may not hear much about it until early 2026. As for Bill 592, it's been crickets so far, and we may have to wait till 2026 for any info about it.
That said, I found only one tribal casino in Wisconsin where you can enjoy sports betting, albeit in-person, and that's the Oneida Nation casino. I've also got some good news: you can still place sports picks in WI without breaking any laws.
