Tonight’s Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers picks for Saturday, October 10, 2026, feature the most important West Division matchup of CFL Week 19. Calgary enters at 8-8 after three consecutive wins, while Winnipeg is 7-8 after losing three of its past four. The season series is tied 1-1, and Calgary can clinch a playoff berth with a victory at Princess Auto Stadium.

Winnipeg is a 1.5-point home favorite with a total around 60.5. Bettors can follow more CFL predictions, compare current CFL betting odds, and check the latest CFL player props before kickoff. Calgary +1.5 is the Best Bet because the Stampeders are in better form, own the more settled quarterback situation, and have already shown they can score heavily in Winnipeg.

Best Available Odds for Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers

  • Moneyline: Calgary around +100, Winnipeg around -120
  • Spread: Calgary +1.5 (-110), Winnipeg -1.5 (-110)
  • Total: Over 60.5 (-110), Under 60.5 (-110)

The side has remained close to Winnipeg -1.5 throughout the week, while the total has moved between approximately 60.5 and 61.5. Calgary’s moneyline was available at a larger plus price earlier in the week before support moved toward the Stampeders. The market still gives Winnipeg a small home-field edge, but the broader form points in the opposite direction.

Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers Preview

Calgary has completely changed its season over the past month. The Stampeders are 8-8 after three straight wins and now control their own opportunity to clinch a playoff berth. A victory Saturday would secure postseason football after a stretch in which Calgary appeared to be drifting out of the West race.

Vernon Adams Jr. is the primary reason for the turnaround. He enters Week 19 with a league-leading 34 touchdown passes against only five interceptions and needs just 75 passing yards for the third 4,000-yard season of his career. Adams has also historically played well against Winnipeg, carrying an 8-4 record into this matchup.

The Stampeders’ most recent win showed why the passing game is so difficult to price as an underdog. Calgary beat Saskatchewan 37-31 last week, and Adams threw four more touchdown passes. The offense now averages 35.8 points per game and has produced one of the CFL’s most extreme Over profiles at 13-3.

Winnipeg enters from the opposite direction. The Blue Bombers were crushed 37-10 in Montreal last week and produced only 182 yards and six first downs. It was their third loss in four games and another reminder that the offense has struggled to maintain its old identity when quarterback and injury issues pile up.

Collaros’ expected return changes the matchup. He has missed the last two games with a head injury, and Winnipeg is naturally more dangerous with its veteran starter. He progressed from limited work to a full Thursday practice, although the official injury report still carried a questionable designation.

Brady Oliveira’s status is equally important. The league’s leading rusher missed Thursday’s practice with an ankle injury and is also questionable. Winnipeg’s best offensive structure uses Oliveira to create manageable second downs and keep pressure off the quarterback. If he is limited, Collaros could be asked to do too much in his first game back.

The season series demonstrates how volatile this matchup can be. Winnipeg won 30-28 in Calgary in Week 1, but Calgary responded with a 52-30 victory in Winnipeg in Week 8. Saturday’s game settles the head-to-head season series and could become an important tiebreaker in the West standings.

Matchup Breakdown

Calgary’s strongest advantage is offensive ceiling. The Stampeders average more than 35 points per game and can score quickly enough to erase a bad defensive possession. That is especially valuable as a short underdog because Calgary does not need to dominate every phase of the game to stay within +1.5.

Winnipeg’s defense still has enough veteran talent to slow the Stampeders, but recent form creates uncertainty. Montreal repeatedly created explosive gains last week, and Calgary enters with one of the league’s most aggressive passing attacks.

The Blue Bombers’ home field is the main reason they remain favored. Winnipeg has years of experience winning meaningful late-season games at Princess Auto Stadium, and Collaros’ return raises the floor of the offense. The market is effectively treating these teams as close to even outside the venue.

That makes the underdog price attractive. Calgary is the hotter team, has the more consistent quarterback play, and has a direct clinching opportunity. The Stampeders also already own a 22-point win in this stadium earlier in the season.

The total deserves attention because Calgary has gone Over in 13 of 16 games. A number around 60.5 is not cheap, but Calgary’s offense and defense both create high-scoring environments. Winnipeg also has a better chance to contribute if Collaros returns.

Game Thesis: Winnipeg’s home field and potential return of Collaros explain the short favorite price, but Calgary is playing the better football and owns the more stable offensive identity. The Stampeders can win outright, and +1.5 provides a small amount of protection in a matchup likely to remain close. Projected final: Calgary 33, Winnipeg 30.

Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers Best Bet - Spread: Calgary +1.5 (-110)

Calgary +1.5 is the Best Bet because the Stampeders should not be treated as the weaker team on current form. They have won three straight, Adams is playing at an elite level, and the offense has already proven it can produce a huge game at Princess Auto Stadium.

Winnipeg’s quarterback upgrade is the strongest reason the Bombers are favored, but Collaros is returning from a head injury and Oliveira remains a question mark. Calgary does not need either player to miss the game for the +1.5 to have value.

The biggest risk is Winnipeg rediscovering its veteran home-field formula immediately. If Collaros is fully healthy and Oliveira is able to handle his normal workload, the Bombers can control possession and keep Adams off the field. The current number is still small enough to side with the hotter team.

Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers Moneyline Pick: Calgary +100

Calgary around even money is playable for bettors willing to give up the 1.5 points. The projected score has the Stampeders winning outright, and the moneyline avoids paying standard spread juice for a very small cushion.

The spread remains the Best Bet because a one-point Winnipeg win would still cash Calgary +1.5. Bettors seeking the larger return can use the moneyline instead.

Calgary Stampeders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers Total Pick: Over 60.5 (-110)

Over 60.5 is a secondary play based on Calgary’s extreme scoring environment. The Stampeders are 13-3 to the Over and average 35.8 points per game, while their defense allows 33.8.

A 33-30 Calgary win produces 63 points. Collaros’ return would strengthen Winnipeg’s ability to contribute enough offense to reach the low 60s.

Prediction: Calgary Stampeders 33, Winnipeg Blue Bombers 30
