Hofstra vs. Syracuse Pick
Hofstra vs. Syracuse Spread Pick
- Hofstra +10.5 (4 units)
Syracuse is unbeaten at home on the year but they’ve played just once in the last 11 days since upending Tennessee. While the Orange took care of business against Saint Joseph’s, they didn’t cover the line and their offensive issues without Freeman are glaringly obvious. Hofstra isn’t going to be intimidated playing on the road here, especially after beating Pitt on the road Sunday. The Pride is good at the charity stripe while Syracuse is second-worst in all of Division I when it comes to converting free throws. Hofstra is 8-1 ATS this season and the Orange brick enough freebies to keep this game in single digits, allowing the visitors to earn the cover.
