Cougars beat Cougars on the road
Houston took care of one of the toughest teams in the Big 12 on Saturday when it defeated No. 16 BYU 77-66 on the road as a 1.5-point favorite. Houston is all about defense, and that came to fruition as they allowed just four baskets in the final 13 minutes against the Cougars. Kingston Flemings led Houston with 19 points and five assists, while Chris Cenac Jr. added 16 points and five boards.
Houston shot 48% from the field against the Cougars and held them to just 40% shooting. Fershman sensation A.J. Dybanta was fantastic as usual with 28 points on 9-of-14 shooting, but the rest of the team really struggled, especially sharpshooter Richie Saunders, who went 1-for-8 from the field.

Utah comes into this game after losing five straight games and 10 of 11, including a 71-59 loss on the road to Kansas. The Utes shot just 40% from the field, though they did hold Kansas to 3 of 18 shooting from beyond the arc.
