The Pirates overcame an eight-point halftime deficit last Saturday, outscoring Marquette 36-23 in the second half. Seton Hall shot 50.9% from the field (4-for-10 from deep), and junior guard Adam Clark led the charge with 19 points, six assists, and three rebounds.

Last Friday, the Wildcats beat Providence by 14 points at home, covering a 9-point spread with ease. Villanova went 13-for-29 from downtown while posting a shiny 18/5 assist-to-turnover ratio. Senior guard Devin Askew led the way with 20 points and three assists, and the Wildcats improved to 7-3 in conference play.
Villanova has six players with points per game in double figures. Junior guard Bryce Lindsay is the leading scorer with 14.0 points per game, while senior forward Duke Brennan posts 12.1 points and 10.6 rebounds per game.
