Chicago Cubs (4 units)
Atlanta has been devastated by injuries all season, while other players failed to meet expectations when it comes to production. Strider has spent time on the shelf this season and hasn’t looked like he won 20 games and fanned 281 hitters in 2023. He has struggled in recent starts, with an ERA north of 10 in his last three starts. Rea has been inconsistent of late but the Cubs have been very good at Wrigley Field, posting a 41-25 mark on the season. Atlanta is just 28-42 on the road entering Sunday. The Braves are in the Sunday night game, so they have to travel in late ahead of an afternoon tilt. Take the Cubs at home here.
Over (4 units)

Chicago is fifth in the majors by averaging 4.93 runs per game, while they allow an average of 4.07 runs per game, giving them an average of nine runs per game. That number slips slightly to 4.73 runs at Wrigley Field, while they allow 3.92 runs, giving them an average total of 8.65 runs per game at the Friendly Confines. The Cubs have seen the over post a 61-64-11 mark on the season entering Sunday afternoon. With Strider struggling and Rea inconsistent, take the over here.
