Giants vs. Cardinals Pick
Moneyline Pick for Giants vs. Cardinals
- Giants -125 (4 units)
Pallante has been awful of late, losing his last six starts and posting a 1-9 mark in his last 10 starts. He has gone more than 5.1 innings just twice in that span. Meanwhile, Verlander has won more games in his last two starts (two) than he had in the first 23 (one) this season. San Francisco has been hot over the last couple of weeks to push back into the NL wild card chase. The Giants have all the momentum on their side and they have the better pitcher on the bump given Pallante’s issues. San Francisco roughs up St. Louis and keeps Pallante reeling at this point in time as Verlander makes it three straight wins.
