Bulls vs. Hornets Pick
Bulls vs. Hornets Spread Pick
- Bulls -2.5 (4 units)
Granted, Chicago has a laundry list of an injury report heading into this contest but the hope is that most of the guys who are questionable can suit up for this one. As it stands, Chicago has been very good on the offensive end of the floor and they started the season off strong before struggling of late. Charlotte has dropped seven straight, including a loss to lowly Indiana, and even getting healthier hasn’t turned things around for them here. It’s hard to see the Hornets matching the offensive production that Chicago brings to the floor. Take Chicago in this contest as they get back in the win column.
Bulls vs. Hornets Over/Under Pick
- Over 247.5 (4 units)
Chicago has seen the over post an 11-6 mark in their 17 games on the year. The Bulls enter this one 4th in the league in scoring offense, 15th in offensive efficiency and 2nd in tempo with an average of 103.4 possessions a night. Charlotte has stayed under the number in 10 of their 18 games entering Friday night. The Hornets are 20th in the league in scoring offense, 18th in offensive efficiency and 22nd in tempo as they average 99.2 possessions a night this season. Charlotte is 23rd in scoring defense, 30th in field goal percentage defense (50.5%), 24th in threes allowed (14.3) per game and 30th in three-point defense (41.6%) on the year. The over has hit in four of the last six meetings and with Chicago scoring and giving up a ton, this one winds up over the mark.
