The Denver Nuggets try to battle through injuries

The Denver Nuggets come into Monday night 11 games above .500 as one of the better teams in the Western Conference despite their recent skid. Philadelphia has upped its scoring as of late, averaging 130.6 points per game during its current three-game winning streak. Much like the Philadelphia offense, the 76ers defense is in the middle of the NBA, allowing 116.1 points per game on 46.5% from the floor, ranking 15th overall.

Denver Nuggets vs Philadelphia 76ers Pick

  • Denver Nuggets +15.5 (3 Units)

The Denver Nuggets are extremely beat up coming into this game as they will be without a handful of players, including multiple starters. Despite Denver being short-handed, Philadelphia is likely in the same boat. Look for Denver to play well enough on both sides of the ball to cover this huge number against a mediocre Philadelphia team Monday night. Take the Nuggets to cover this considerable number on Monday night as they look to end their recent skid. Philadelphia should get the win, but the Nuggets will cover the vast number.

Denver Nuggets vs Philadelphia 76ers  Over/Under Pick

Under 228.5 (3 Units)

The Denver Nuggets will be without a ton of scoring, and Philadelphia could be without several key players as well. Look for a defensive battle to break out, as both teams will rely on their benches. There will be plenty of points scored in this game, but with the lack of star power, expect the total to go under on Monday night. Philadelphia should secure the home victory, keeping Denver contained enough on Monday night to go under 228.5 for the game.
