Ducks vs. Devils Moneyline Pick

  • Ducks +110 (4 units)

New Jersey has hit the skids with six losses in seven games entering this contest. The Devils have allowed at least three goals in each of those contests and at least four in four of those games. New Jersey has been outscored 31-15 in that seven-game stretch. Anaheim had won three in a row before falling to the Islanders, but getting Dostal back off IR is a boost for the team going forward. The Ducks are above .500 on the road and they face a New Jersey squad that is banged up, in addition to dealing with a slew of injury issues as well. With the Devils struggling, give the advantage to the visitors in this contest.

Ducks vs. Devils Over/Under Pick

  • Over 5.5 (4 units)

Anaheim enters this game having gone over the total in 20 of their 31 games this season. The Ducks have an average of 6.84 goals per game this season and that number bumps to 6.94 goals per contest in their 16 road games. New Jersey enters this game having seen the over post a 15-15-1 mark in their 31 games on the year, with an average of 6.13 goals per game on the year. That number falls to 5.87 goals per game on home ice in 15 games this season. Anaheim has gone over the number in nine of their last 10 game,s while New Jersey has gone over the mark in their last two contests. With both teams struggling defensively, look for this game to wind up over the number.
