Panthers vs. Ducks Pick
Panthers vs. Ducks Moneyline Pick
- Panthers -140 (4 units)
Florida has gone 8-0-2 in their last 10 meetings with the Ducks and while Anaheim picked up the win in the meeting in Sunrise last week, itโs tough to bank on youth triumphing over experience again. The Panthers are the two-time defending champs and while that can take a toll on teams, Florida has plenty of grit and leadership, even without Barkov and Tkachuk. Dostal has been good between the pipes but he still has work to do in order to match up with Bobrovsky. The Ducks are the better offensive team but the Panthers are tougher defensively. Throw in that the Panthers are intent on getting back at Anaheim for the loss last week and backing Florida on the road here.
Panthers vs. Ducks Over/Under Pick
- Under 6.5 (-135) (4 units)
Florida has seen the under hit in seven of their 12 games on the year. The Panthers have an average total of 5.25 goals per game on the year, and that number slips to 5.20 goals per game in their five road tilts. Anaheim enters this game having gone over the total in six of its 11 games this season. The Ducks have an average of 6.73 goals per game this seaso,n and that number slumps down to an average of six goals per contest in their four home games. Weโve seen the under post a 6-3-1 mark in their last 10 meetings, including last weekโs contest, where the teams combined for five goals. Lean toward this game falling short of the mark in this contest as well.
