Kraken vs. Blues Pick
Kraken vs. Blues Moneyline Pick
- Kraken +136 (4 units)
St. Louis has struggled of late and even picking up a win at Buffalo is little more than a speed bump rather than a sign that theyβve turned the corner at all. Binnington has been mediocre at best this season, and Hofer, even with his shutout Thursday, still has a GAA over four and an .864 save percentage on the year. The Blues are the leagueβs worst team in terms of goals against per game this season. Seattle has sputtered a bit of late but they are in a playoff position at the moment. Daccord has been solid between the pipes this season, and the Blues are just 2-4-2 at home on the year. Take the Kraken here, especially at plus money.
Kraken vs. Blues Over/Under Pick
- Over 5.5 (-120)
Seattle has seen the under post a 7-6 mark in their 13 games on the year. The Kraken have an average total of 5.54 goals per game on the year, and that number climbs to 6.17 goals per game at home on the year. St. Louis has seen the over post a 9-6 mark in their 15 games in relation to the total this season. The Blues have an average of 6.60 goals per game this season and that number slips to 6.50 goals per game on home ice. Six of the last nine meetings between the teams have wound up over the number, including each of the last two. With St. Louis struggling to keep the puck out of their own net, this came up over the total.
