Butler Looks To Snap Losing Streak

The Butler Bulldogs have looked like a very solid basketball team up to this point in the season. The Bulldogs have won 15 of their first 19 games but enter this game on a low note after losing to Villanova on the road by 15 points in their last game. In that game, Butler's offense was awful as it only scored 61 points shooting just 25.0% from the three-point line. To make matters worse, Butler enters this game in terrible form as it has lost each of its last three games. Now, Butler will be looking to snap this losing streak with a conference home game up next.

Leading the Bulldogs offensively is senior guardKamar Baldwin who has been solid this season. He is averaging a team-high 15.4 points per game along with 4.2 rebounds. However, he is also averaging 2.2 turnovers per game so he will need to do a better job with his ball security.

Butler's most underrated player is senior forwardSean McDermott who has been good so far this season as he is averaging 11.0 points per game along with 5.7 rebounds. In addition, he is shooting 39.2% from the three-point line so he has the ability to stretch out defenses all by himself.
