This Tuesday, there is an NCAAB matchup between the UT Arlington Mavericks and the Gonzaga Bulldogs. This will be the first meeting between these teams this season and it will take place at the McCarthey Athletic Center.
Gonzaga Looks To Remain Undefeated
The Gonzaga Bulldogs have looked great so far this season to the surprise of no one. The Bulldogs have won each of their first four games of the season by 3o points including a blowout road victory against Texas A&M in their last game. In that game, Gonzaga's defense was great as it only allowed 49 points while forcing the opposition to shoot just 30.4% from the floor. Gonzaga has always been known for coasting through their regular season schedule and nothing has been done to change that narrative. Gonzaga will look to continue coasting against another below-average team at home on Tuesday.Leading the Bulldogs offensively is sophomore forward Filip Petrusevwho has been great so far this season. He is averaging a team-high 18.3 points per game along with 9.3 rebounds and 1.5 assists. In addition, he has also been great defensively as he is averaging 2.0 blocks per game. After being a bench player last season, Petrusev has blossomed into an elite talent as he will look to lead his team to another home victory.

Gonzaga's most underrated player is senior guard Ryan Woolridge who has been extremely solid this season. He is averaging 11.0 points per game along with 5.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists. In addition, he has also been extremely efficient from the floor as he is shooting 64.0% from the floor and an insane 100.0% from the three-point line. Woolridge was a fantastic player at North Texas before he decided to transfer to Gonzaga during the offseason and it appears that the move has paid off.
