This Friday, there is an NCAAB matchup between the Pittsburgh Panthers and the Louisville Cardinals. This will take place at the KFC Yum! Center.

Louisville Looks To Remain Number One

The Louisville Cardinals have looked like the best team in college basketball up to this point in the season. After starting the season in the top-five, Louisville was finally able to move up to number one in the AP Poll after Duke lost earlier this week. In addition, Louisville was also able to showcase just how good it is as a team when #4 Michigan came into town earlier this week. In that game, Louisville dominated from start-to-finish as it eventually won by 15 points. Now, the Cardinals will look for another easy home win in order to maintain its current spot in the rankings.

Leading the Cardinals offensively is junior forwardJordan Nwora who has looked amazing this season. He is averaging a team-high 21.9 points per game along with 7.5 rebounds. In addition, he has also been efficient as he is shooting 48.4% from the floor. He is also shooting 85.7% from the free-throw line so he can help put a game out of reach if he is given the opportunity.

Louisville's most underrated player is senior centerSteven Enoch who has looked great so far this season. He is averaging 11.1 points per game along with 8.1 rebounds. In addition, he is also averaging 1.3 blocks per game so he has the ability to alter a ton of shots in the paint as a solid rim protector.

Best Bets for this Game

Full-Game Side Bet

Insiders Status:

Even though Pittsburgh has been pretty good this season, this will only be its second road game of the season I am a bit skeptical about just how well the Panthers will play in such a hostile environment. Louisville is currently the number one team in the AP Poll and it has looked like an elite unit at home this season. Plus, Louisville has an advantage in practically every area on both sides of the ball so I think that it should be able to win this game by at least 20 points. Give me the home team.

Prediction: Louisville -14.5

Full-Game Total Pick

Insiders Status:

Louisville's defense showed just how elite it is in its last game against Michigan as it only allowed 43 points so I think that Pittsburgh should struggle to score more than 50 points in this game. At the same time, Louisville's offense has been solid overall but it has not scored more than 71 points in each of its last two games so it has not been in the best of forms offensively as of late. This game should land somewhere in the high-110s as a result so I have to take the under in this game.

Prediction: Under 125

Half-Time Side Pick

Insiders Status:

Louisville has looked unstoppable at home up to this point in the season and I think that Pittsburgh simply does not have the talent to keep this game close throughout the first 20 minutes. Louisville is bigger and faster as it should be able to make Pittsburgh's night a living nightmare offensively as I expect the Panthers to struggle cracking this defense for awhile. As a result, I expect Louisville to open up a double digit lead that will carry over into the halftime break. Give me the home team.

Prediction: Louisville 1H
