In addition, he is also shooting 44.3% from the three-point line as he is known for his scoring prowess all across the nation.
Marquette's most underrated player is junior forward Theo John whohas been pretty good this season. So far this season, John is averaging 5.4 points along with 4.3 rebounds per game. In addition, he has been great defensively as he is averaging a team-high 2.1 blocks per game. Now, he will look to continue playing well on both sides of the ball on Saturday.
Kansas State Looks For Another Home WinThe Kansas State Wildcats have looked like an above-average team up to this point in the season. The Wildcats have won five of their first seven games including an 18-point victory against Florida A&M in their last game. In that game, Kansas State's defense was amazing as it only allowed 58 points while forcing the opposition to shoot just 9.1% from the three-point line. The main reason for Kansas State's success has been its dominance at home as the Wildcats are still undefeated through four home games. Now, the Wildcats will be looking for another home win on Saturday.
Leading the Wildcats offensively is senior forward Xavier Sneed who looked solid this season. He is currently averaging 15.0 points per game along with 5.6 rebounds. However, he is just shooting 41.9% from the floor and 30.8% from the three-point line so he will need to start being more efficient moving forward.
Kansas State's most underrated player is junior guard Cartier Diarrawho has been good so far this season. He is currently averaging 11.4 points per game along with a team-high 6.9 assists. However, Diarra is only shooting 37.8% from the floor as he will look to get back on track at home in this game.
