The George Mason Patriots will host the George Washington Colonials in an A10 clash on Wednesday night. The Colonials recorded a surprising home win against Rhode Island on Sunday.

The Patriots are confident after posting an upset win over VCU in their latest action. George Washington topped George Mason in both meetings last season.

Colonials Earn Upset Win over Rhode Island

The George Washington Colonials head into this one with confidence. They were large nine-point dogs in a convincing 78-70 home win over Rhode Island on Sunday to even their A10 record to 3-3. The Colonials’ season has been filled with postponements as they have only played one game all month. They have covered the spread in four of their six A10 games this season.

James Bishop tallied 28 points in Sunday’s big win. The sophomore guard is one of the top scorers in the A10. The George Mason Patriots are aiming for a third straight victory. George Mason defeated Fordham in a blowout and followed by recording a stunning 79-76 overtime road win over VCU on Saturday in a tilt that had VCU as nine-point favorites. The Patriots have climbed to 6-6 in A10 play this season. They have covered in six of those 12 bouts.

Jordan Miller is consistently producing, sinking at least 15 points in seven consecutive clashes.
