By participating in the National Anthem Contest (also referred to herein as the “Challenge”) you agree to be bound by these official rules (the “Official Rules”). Please read these Official Rules before entering the Challenge. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may (in the sole discretion of Sponsor, Raketech US Inc) result in disqualification from the Challenge. You must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the rules regarding participation as set forth herein. Sponsor Raketech US Inc, along with its affiliates, reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Challenge at any time in its sole discretion.
This Challenge is open to all individuals who are:
(1) are legal residents in the USA (excluding territories mentioned below),
(2) are at least 21 years old at time of entry; and
(3) have a valid e-mail address (“Eligible Entrants”).
Sponsor and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, and employees, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Challenge, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge.
Void outside the USA, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions.
The Challenge is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
Individuals will be required to provide a valid identification and may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number to claim the prize. All federal, state, and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner.
Sponsor’s determination of eligibility, in its sole discretion, shall be final. In the event any party challenges a term or provision of these Official Rules, the party hereby expressly waives any and all opportunities to recover any amount or collect any prize from Sponsor relating to the Challenge or otherwise.
The Challenge’s sponsor is Raketech US Inc, a corporation incorporated under the laws of Delaware, having its registered office at 263 Shuman Blvd, Suite 145 Naperville, IL 60563, US (“Raketech” or “Sponsor”). Raketech is licensed to operate as affiliate marketing in various US States, including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, West Virginia, Maryland, Michigan, Indiana and Colorado.
The Challenge will start on February 6, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. EST and it will run until February 12, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. EST (“Entry Period”).
Sponsor’s computer is the official clock for the Challenge.
The Challenge consists in the guess of the exact length of time the National Anthem will be sung before the Super Bowl begins.
During the Entry Period, any Eligible Entrant may participate in the Challenge. The Eligible Entrant needs the following:
(a) Having a valid account with Twitter;
(b) follows the Winners and Whiners Twitter account (@WinnersWhiners) with their account;
(3) post a tweet during the Entry Period with "@WinnersWhiners", hashtags #SuperBowl and #Contest, and clearly stating the entrant's guess in minutes and/or seconds. Valid examples: "@WinnersWhiners I think the National Anthem sung by #ChrisStapleton before the #SuperBowl will be 1 minute and 59 seconds! #Contest LETS GO!!!" and "@WinnersWhiners 92 seconds #SuperBowl #Contest".
An Eligible Entrant may submit one (1) entry (“Entry”) into the Challenge during the Entry Period. Multiple Entries are not permitted. Attempts to enter multiple times via different twitter accounts, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will result in being disqualified. The Sponsor reserves the right to report all suspected accounts reported to Twitter.
The first prize is a USD 100 Amazon gift card.
The second prize is a USD 25 Amazon gift card.

There are no other prizes (in cash or otherwise).
The Eligible Entrant(s) with the correct guess will be entered into a pool from which 1 person will be selected for first prize and 9 others will be selected for a second prize. If no one guesses correctly, the next closest time guessed without going over will count.
Sponsor will confirm eligibility of each winner. If any winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner will be disqualified. Sponsor will announce the winner(s) by February 20th, 2023. Winners will be notified by twitter direct message.
To claim your prize, you must reply to Sponsor within the time period indicated in Sponsor’s notification or Sponsor may declare you ineligible for the prize. Before awarding you a prize, Sponsor may require you to furnish proof of identification and other proof of eligibility under these Official Rules. Winners will be required to provide valid identification, proof of residence and other relevant documentation within the time requested by Sponsor.
If you are found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, decline to accept the prize, if Sponsor is unable to contact you, or in the event that the prize notification is returned undeliverable, you will forfeit the prize. The right to receive a prize is non-assignable, non-transferable and no prize substitution, exchange or other cash equivalent will be allowed, except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any expenses not stated relating to acceptance and uses of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Delivery of the Amazon card will be made by Raketech within 21 days following the completion of the verification of winner eligibility.
Raketech reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or amend the Challenge at any point, without any prior notification. The changes will be effective upon posting of a relevant notice to the Website.
Participant’s Personal Information. Information collected from participants is subject to, and will be used in accordance with, the privacy policy (as amended from time to time) of Sponsor located at the Website, which is incorporated into these Official Rules by reference.
Contacts. You consent to Sponsor contacting you via social media, phone, and email concerning the Challenge, including notifying you if you are a winner, or informing you about other Challenges arranged by Sponsor, and responding to enquiries regarding the Challenge. Entrants may be contacted via phone, by submitting an Entry you consent and agree to these calls, including recordings of any such calls.
Further personal data will be required from winners, to make the necessary verifications and pay the prizes.
We reserve the right to publish the names of the winners on Winner & Whiners website, or on its social media pages.

Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, owners, affiliates, agents, contractors, and partners (Sponsor’s officers, directors, employees, owners, affiliates, agents, contractor, and partners, hereinafter collectively, “Released Parties") are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable Entries; or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, or availability, or garbled, corrupt or jumbled transmissions, service provider/Internet/website accessibility, availability, or traffic congestion, or any technical, typographical, or other error, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of Entry information, or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information or of any Entries. Sponsor and the Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, or technical error. If, for technical reasons, the Challenge is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, stop, modify, or suspend the Challenge.
The Challenge and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of Delaware and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
All federal, state, local, and laws and regulations apply and prevail over these terms and conditions, so that the challenge will be void where prohibited by law.
By entering the Challenge, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Participants may be required to sign further paperwork issued by Raketech.
Raketech’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the challenge will be final and binding on all participants.
If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, Raketech reserves the right to withdraw the prize from such winner, and to distribute the prize to the other winners (if any).
By accepting a prize, you agree to allow Sponsor the perpetual right to use your name, biographical information, photos and/or likeness, and statements for promotion, trade, commercial, advertising and publicity purposes, at any time or times, in all media now known or hereafter discovered including live television, world-wide, including but not limited to on the World Wide Web and Internet, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law; if requested by Sponsor, you shall provide any requested consents.
In the event of any conflict with any details contained in these Official Rules and details contained on the Sponsor’s website or social media pages, the details set forth in these Official Rules hosted at https://winnersandwhiners.com/legal/contests/2023-national-anthem-contest-official-rules shall prevail.
You agree that these Official Rules are severable. If any term or provision is declared invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, that term or provision will not affect the remainder of these Official Rules. These Official Rules will be deemed amended to the extent necessary to make these Official Rules enforceable, valid and, to the maximum extent possible, consistent with applicable law and consistent with the original intention of the parties; and the remaining terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect. If any provision of these Official Rules is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, Sponsor will amend or replace such provision with one that is valid and enforceable and which achieves, to the extent possible, the original objectives and intent of Sponsor as reflected in the original provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules does not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Official Rules, which will remain in full force and effect.
