Crypto.com Promo Code: Robinhood Expands Prediction Markets

By: Devin Erickson-Sheehy Published 09/09/2026, 06:45 PM ET

Prediction markets are becoming a much bigger part of the NFL betting landscape, and Crypto.com just gained another major distribution channel as the 2026 season gets underway.

Robinhood and OG.com announced a multi-year partnership Tuesday that will route prediction-market contracts through OG.com's federally regulated exchange and clearing infrastructure.

OG.com was spun out of Crypto.com's prediction-market business earlier this year, and Robinhood is taking equity stakes in both OG.com and Crypto.com as part of the expanded relationship.

The first OG-backed contracts began rolling out to eligible U.S. Robinhood customers on September 8.

Football is one of the initial areas of focus.

That timing puts the deal directly alongside the start of the NFL regular season, when prediction markets from Crypto.com, Kalshi, Polymarket and other operators are competing for a growing share of football trading volume.

Robinhood Adds OG.com Prediction Market Infrastructure

The new partnership makes OG.com an infrastructure and clearing provider for Robinhood's Prediction Markets product.

Robinhood already offers event contracts to customers, but the agreement gives the company another regulated source of markets and execution.

Retail event-contract volume covered by the partnership will be routed through OG.com's derivatives exchange and clearinghouse architecture.

OG.com operates under Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulation.

The rollout began September 8 and is expected to expand in phases for eligible U.S. Robinhood users.

For Crypto.com, the agreement extends the reach of technology that originated inside its own prediction-market operation.

OG.com became a separate business after being spun out from Crypto.com, but the companies remain closely connected.

Why the Deal Matters for Crypto.com Prediction Markets

Prediction markets have moved rapidly from a niche financial product into a major consumer category.

Sports have been a large part of that growth.

Crypto.com's Predict platform lists contracts across football, baseball, basketball, soccer, tennis and other sports, alongside markets tied to politics, economics, financial events and culture.

Instead of traditional sportsbook wagers, users trade contracts tied to a defined outcome.

A contract priced around 60 cents generally corresponds to an implied probability of roughly 60%.

Correct contracts typically settle at $1, while losing positions expire without value.

Prices can move throughout the life of a market as traders react to news and changing expectations.

Crypto.com also allows eligible users to exit positions before an event concludes.

Seattle Around 63% Against New England on Crypto.com

The NFL opener provides an immediate example of how the platform is being used.

Crypto.com's sports board had Seattle trading around 63% to defeat New England ahead of Wednesday night's season opener at Lumen Field.

New England was around 38%.

Those percentages can shift before kickoff as new information reaches the market and additional contracts are traded.

Seattle enters the game as the defending champion after beating New England in Super Bowl LX.

That makes the opener unusually relevant for prediction-market operators.

It is simultaneously the first regular-season NFL game of the year, a Super Bowl rematch and the first major football event since several prediction-market companies accelerated their expansion plans during the offseason.

NFL Season Could Be a Major Test for Prediction Markets

Football may be the most important growth opportunity yet for the prediction-market industry.

NFL games provide a consistent weekly schedule, enormous national audiences and a large population already familiar with sports wagering.

Prediction-market operators can offer contracts on game winners and other measurable outcomes while operating under a financial-market regulatory framework rather than a traditional state sportsbook model.

That difference has helped the category reach consumers in places where conventional online sports betting remains unavailable.

It has also created legal and regulatory disputes.

Several states have challenged sports event contracts, while prediction-market companies have argued that federally regulated derivatives exchanges fall under CFTC authority.

The NFL itself has raised concerns about the growth of sports prediction markets, particularly contracts tied to individual player performance and other integrity-sensitive outcomes.

Those debates are likely to continue throughout the season.

Crypto.com Predict Offers More Than NFL Markets

Crypto.com's Predict product currently covers more than sports.

The platform lists event contracts tied to categories including economics, politics, financial markets and culture.

Users can fund eligible prediction trades using cash or cryptocurrency.

Crypto.com says its prediction products are offered through Crypto.com Derivatives North America, a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse.

The platform also advertises low entry points, with some prediction trading available starting from small dollar amounts.

All event-contract trading carries risk.

A user can lose the full amount paid to enter a position, including applicable fees.

Availability also depends on jurisdiction and account eligibility.

Is There a Crypto.com Promo Code for Prediction Markets?

Crypto.com has run several prediction-market promotions during 2026, but users should not assume an older bonus or promo code remains active.

Previous campaigns have included cash leaderboards, first-trade rewards and sports-specific promotions.

Those offers have had defined start and end dates.

At the time of publication, Crypto.com does not publicly list a dedicated prediction-market promo code that should be treated as a permanent signup offer.

The safest way to check the current promotion is through the live Crypto.com offer displayed below.

Offer availability, eligibility and terms can change.

Users should confirm the displayed promotion before creating an account, depositing funds or making a prediction trade.

What Is OG.com?

OG.com is a prediction-market and derivatives business that was separated from Crypto.com.

The company provides exchange and clearing infrastructure that can support event-contract trading for other consumer platforms.

That business-to-business model is central to the Robinhood agreement.

Robinhood does not need to build every market or clearing function internally.

Instead, OG.com can provide regulated infrastructure behind contracts that appear inside Robinhood's consumer platform.

The companies described the agreement as a multi-year partnership.

Crypto.com founder and CEO Kris Marszalek said the goal is to make OG.com a major global venue for prediction markets and other derivatives products.

Robinhood Deal Expands the Prediction Market Race

Robinhood's agreement with OG.com adds another layer to an increasingly competitive prediction-market industry.

Kalshi and Polymarket have become major consumer brands in the category.

Crypto.com has continued expanding its own Predict product.

Robinhood is now using multiple prediction-market relationships while building the category directly into an investing app with tens of millions of funded customers.

The timing could be significant.

The NFL season begins Wednesday night, followed by a full Week 1 schedule.

That gives prediction-market companies a recurring series of high-interest events every week through the playoffs and Super Bowl LXI.

The market will now show whether consumers treat prediction contracts as a meaningful alternative to conventional sports betting.

Crypto.com Prediction Markets Enter NFL Season With New Momentum

Crypto.com's prediction-market push enters the NFL season with substantially more reach than it had a year ago.

The company's own Predict platform already offers sports event contracts to eligible U.S. users.

Now infrastructure originating from the Crypto.com ecosystem will also help power prediction markets distributed through Robinhood.

The first OG-backed contracts began rolling out this week, just as football returned.

Seattle's roughly 63% opening-night price against New England provides an immediate example of the kind of market consumers can trade.

The larger story is the distribution race.

Prediction markets are no longer confined to a handful of specialized platforms.

With Crypto.com, OG.com and Robinhood expanding their relationship ahead of the NFL season, event contracts are moving deeper into mainstream consumer finance.
