The current Game 2 prediction market strongly favors Minnesota:

Those probabilities may look surprising after Game 1.

Breanna Stewart Scored 34 Points in Game 1
Stewart was the defining player in Sunday's opener.
She finished with 34 points and 12 rebounds, shooting 11-for-18 from the field while adding six assists, two steals and two blocks.
New York repeatedly created favorable matchups for Stewart, and Minnesota struggled to contain her without fouling.
She also made history by becoming the first player in WNBA postseason history to record at least 30 points, 10 rebounds, five assists and two steals in a playoff game.
The Liberty will look for another aggressive performance from Stewart with a chance to close the series.
New York Hit 13 Three-Pointers in Game 1
Stewart was not the only problem for Minnesota.
The Liberty made 13 of 25 three-point attempts in Game 1.
Leonie Fiebich went 4-for-5 from beyond the arc and finished with 16 points, while Sabrina Ionescu added 13 points and seven assists.
New York's outside shooting forced Minnesota to defend the entire floor and created additional space for Stewart to attack.
That combination helped the Liberty outscore Minnesota 51-31 after halftime.
If New York approaches that level of shooting efficiency again Tuesday night, Minnesota's 75% win probability could come under pressure quickly.
Napheesa Collier Needs a Game 2 Response
Minnesota's biggest star had a difficult series opener.
Napheesa Collier finished with 12 points and five rebounds and was limited by foul trouble during the second half.
Collier and Natasha Howard both fouled out, preventing Minnesota from maintaining its preferred defensive rotations.
The Lynx need a much stronger offensive and defensive performance from Collier tonight.
Minnesota also needs more from rookie Olivia Miles, who finished Game 1 with 11 points while shooting 3-for-12.
Kayla McBride scored 14 points, while Nia Brodie led Minnesota with 16 off the bench.
Minnesota Faces Elimination Despite Being Favored
The market creates an unusual contrast.
Minnesota is the team facing elimination, yet the Lynx remain a strong favorite to win the game.
