PFL Tampa Predictions | Kalshi Promo Code

By: Al MacMillan Published 08/22/2026, 05:15 PM ET

PFL Tampa closes the promotion's 2026 Summer Series on Saturday night with a full card at Benchmark International Arena, and the fight-night markets extend well beyond the Cris Cyborg-Ketlen Vieira main event.

The preliminary card begins at 5:30 p.m. ET on the ESPN App, followed by the four-fight main card on ESPN at 9:00 p.m. ET. Cyborg's final scheduled PFL appearance remains the headline attraction, but Gadzhi Rabadanov vs Tracy Reeder, Luke Trainer vs Roland Dunlap, Marcirley Alves vs Nkosi Ndebele and several competitive preliminary fights all have live market interest entering fight night.

The biggest late change came at Friday's weigh-in. Cyborg made 145 pounds, while Vieira weighed 152.2. Vieira is not eligible to win the PFL women's featherweight title after missing championship weight. Cyborg has agreed to vacate the belt if she loses, creating an unusual championship scenario for the final bout of the night.

PFL Tampa Predictions and Market Snapshot

Kalshi fight contracts are live across much of the PFL Tampa card, but the board is not equally liquid from fight to fight. Some markets have wide bid-ask spreads, which means the current buy prices for both fighters can add up to more than 100 cents. Those prices are best treated as live market snapshots rather than perfectly normalized probabilities.

The clearest current fight-night reads are:

  • Cris Cyborg vs Ketlen Vieira: Cyborg remains a heavy favorite after Vieira's major weight miss. Traditional sportsbook markets have Cyborg around -340 with Vieira near +280.
  • Gadzhi Rabadanov vs Tracy Reeder: Rabadanov contracts are offered around 96 cents, while Reeder sits around 9 cents on the current Kalshi-linked market.
  • Marcirley Alves vs Nkosi Ndebele: Alves is trading in the mid-60-cent range, with Ndebele around 40 cents.
  • Luke Trainer vs Roland Dunlap: Trainer is near 79 to 80 cents, while Dunlap sits in the mid-20s.
  • Magomed Magomedov vs Daniel Marcos: Marcos is around the low-60-cent range, while Magomedov has been trading around the low-to-mid 40s.
  • Movsar Ibragimov vs Javid Basharat: Basharat is the market favorite, generally trading in the high-60s to low-70s, with Ibragimov around 40 cents.

That gives PFL Tampa more than one commercial-market angle. The main event carries the biggest name, but the co-main and several prelims offer cleaner two-way pricing than Cyborg-Vieira.

Cris Cyborg vs Ketlen Vieira Prediction

Cyborg enters PFL Tampa with a 29-2 professional record and a nine-fight winning streak since her 2018 loss to Amanda Nunes. Vieira arrives at 16-5 for her PFL debut after a long UFC run.

The matchup changed materially at Friday's weigh-in.

Cyborg weighed 145 pounds.

Vieira weighed 152.2.

The bout will go forward at a 153-pound catchweight, but Vieira cannot leave Tampa as the PFL women's featherweight champion. Cyborg will retain the title with a win and has agreed to vacate it if she loses.

That creates a strange market dynamic.

Vieira now enters with a significant weight advantage, but she also had a failed weight cut severe enough to leave her more than seven pounds above the championship limit. A bad cut can hurt conditioning, timing and durability even when the fighter is physically larger in the cage the next night.

Cyborg remains the clear favorite in traditional betting markets, with current prices around -340 compared with approximately +280 for Vieira.

The age question is real. Cyborg is 41 and has spent more time boxing in recent years, while Vieira is younger and has spent most of her career competing against high-level UFC bantamweights.

Still, the market is asking whether Vieira can beat one of the most dominant women's fighters in MMA history after a disrupted final day of weight cutting.

PFL Tampa prediction: Cris Cyborg to defeat Ketlen Vieira.

Gadzhi Rabadanov vs Tracy Reeder Prediction

The co-main event is one of the strongest Kalshi market stories on the card.

Rabadanov, the 2024 PFL lightweight tournament champion, enters at 27-5-2. He was initially scheduled to face unbeaten contender Jakub Kaszuba before Kaszuba withdrew and Tracy Reeder accepted the fight.

Reeder enters 12-5 on a five-fight winning streak, with all five victories coming by finish.

That is a dangerous profile for a short-notice replacement.

It is also not enough to keep the market close.

Rabadanov Yes contracts have been available around 96 cents, while Reeder has traded around 9 cents. The spread is wide, but the direction is unmistakable: the market sees Rabadanov as one of the biggest favorites on the PFL Tampa card.

The logic begins with control.

Rabadanov has spent years fighting high-level PFL opposition and has the wrestling base to dictate where the fight takes place. Reeder's finishing streak gives him an upset path if he can create chaos early, but he is stepping directly into one of the promotion's most difficult lightweight assignments.

PFL Tampa prediction: Gadzhi Rabadanov to defeat Tracy Reeder.

Marcirley Alves vs Nkosi Ndebele Prediction

Alves-Ndebele offers a much more competitive market.

Alves enters at 15-5 and Ndebele at 13-3. Both fighters missed the standard bantamweight limit, with Alves weighing 141.8 pounds and Ndebele 140.4, so the matchup proceeds as a catchweight bout.

Kalshi-linked pricing has Alves in the mid-60-cent range and Ndebele around 40 cents.

That makes Alves the favorite without treating Ndebele as an afterthought.

Alves has already faced significant PFL competition and has shown the ability to win extended fights rather than relying on one narrow path. Ndebele's athleticism and explosiveness keep this much closer than the co-main market.

The fight also has divisional importance as PFL continues reshaping its bantamweight picture.

PFL Tampa prediction: Marcirley Alves to defeat Nkosi Ndebele.

Luke Trainer vs Roland Dunlap Prediction

Trainer enters the light heavyweight matchup at 10-1 against the undefeated 7-0 Dunlap.

The market is clearly siding with experience.

Trainer is trading around 79 to 80 cents on current Kalshi-linked pricing, with Dunlap in the mid-20s.

Dunlap's unbeaten record makes him one of the more intriguing underdogs on the main card, but Trainer has already gone through the type of high-level professional rounds that Dunlap is still trying to prove he can handle.

Trainer is also a large, physical light heavyweight who can make the fight difficult along the fence and in extended grappling exchanges.

Dunlap's path is to keep the matchup open and make Trainer deal with speed and unpredictability.

The current market believes Trainer can control enough of those exchanges to win.

PFL Tampa prediction: Luke Trainer to defeat Roland Dunlap.

Magomed Magomedov vs Daniel Marcos Prediction

The Magomedov-Marcos preliminary fight is one of the better two-way markets on the card.

Magomedov enters 22-5 and Marcos 18-1.

Unlike Rabadanov-Reeder, there is no overwhelming market favorite.

Marcos has generally traded in the low-60-cent range, while Magomedov has been available around the low-to-mid 40s.

That reflects a matchup where both fighters have credible paths.

Magomedov brings strong grappling, experience and a history of competing against high-level bantamweights. Marcos brings the cleaner overall professional record and enough striking discipline to make Magomedov work to initiate his preferred game.

The current market slightly favors Marcos, and the matchup is close enough that movement before the prelims could materially change the picture.

PFL Tampa prediction: Daniel Marcos to defeat Magomed Magomedov.

Movsar Ibragimov vs Javid Basharat Prediction

Basharat makes his PFL debut after leaving the UFC and immediately lands in a meaningful bantamweight fight against Movsar Ibragimov.

Basharat enters 15-2.

Ibragimov is 8-1.

Current Kalshi-linked pricing has Basharat generally in the high-60s to low-70s, with Ibragimov around 40 cents.

The market is favoring the proven experience.

Basharat has fought a deeper schedule and has spent more time against UFC-level opposition. Ibragimov remains a dangerous prospect, but this is a significant jump in opponent quality.

For PFL, the fight also matters beyond Saturday. Basharat has openly discussed chasing the promotion's future bantamweight championship structure, so a strong debut would immediately move him into that conversation.

PFL Tampa prediction: Javid Basharat to defeat Movsar Ibragimov.

Other PFL Tampa Fights to Watch

The card has several other fights worth monitoring even where current prediction-market pricing is thinner or less stable.

Taila Santos faces unbeaten Sabrinna de Sousa in a women's flyweight fight. Santos weighed 125.6 pounds and de Sousa 125.8, giving the matchup a clean final weigh-in. Santos carries substantially more top-level experience, while de Sousa enters 6-0 with the opportunity to make a major jump in one night.

Natan Schulte faces Makkasharip Zaynukov at lightweight. Zaynukov has been the sportsbook favorite in current markets, while Schulte remains one of the more experienced PFL lightweights on the roster.

Dakota Bush faces Morquez Forest in another lightweight matchup. Kalshi-linked pricing has generally favored Bush, with his contracts in the low-to-mid 70-cent range while Forest sits around 40 cents.

Gino van Steenis meets Robert Watley, and Eoin Sheridan faces James Vake in the opening portion of the preliminary card.

One originally scheduled fight is gone entirely. Florim Zendeli was unable to complete his weight cut and did not step on the scale, so his welterweight fight with Omran Chaaban was removed from the event.

That leaves PFL Tampa with 11 active fights entering Saturday.

How Kalshi PFL Fight Markets Resolve

Kalshi MMA contracts are structured differently from traditional sportsbook moneylines.

A fighter's Yes contract pays $1 if that fighter wins and $0 if the fighter loses.

If the fight ends in a draw or no contest, the contract resolves 50/50.

If a fight is postponed or delayed, the market can remain open for a rescheduled fight within the contract's stated window. If the fight is cancelled or moved too far beyond that window, Kalshi resolves the market at a fair price according to its rules.

That distinction matters on a fight card with late changes.

Vieira's weight miss changed the championship conditions but did not cancel the Cyborg fight.

The Alves-Ndebele weight misses changed that bout to a catchweight.

The Zendeli-Chaaban fight, however, was removed completely after Zendeli could not complete the weigh-in.

Always check the individual contract rules before trading because settlement depends on the official fight outcome and the market's specific cancellation language.

PFL Tampa Predictions: Final Outlook

PFL Tampa is much more than a Cyborg retirement-night story.

The main event has the biggest name and the strangest championship conditions, but the rest of the card gives the event real depth.

Rabadanov is one of the night's strongest market favorites against Reeder.

Trainer is heavily favored over Dunlap.

Alves-Ndebele and Magomedov-Marcos are more competitive.

Basharat's PFL debut gives the bantamweight prelims another important storyline.

The promotion also enters Saturday with a card shaped by late changes: Vieira's seven-pound miss, two catchweight fights, a canceled Zendeli-Chaaban bout and a co-main replacement.

That is exactly why fight-night markets need to be treated as live information rather than static numbers.

Final PFL Tampa predictions: Cris Cyborg, Gadzhi Rabadanov, Marcirley Alves, Luke Trainer, Daniel Marcos and Javid Basharat.
