White Sox 73% to Reach ALCS | Kalshi Promo Code
The Chicago White Sox enter Thursday night one victory from the American League Championship Series.
Kalshi currently gives Chicago approximately a 73% chance to advance to the ALCS, compared with roughly 33% for Cleveland.
That is considerably more decisive than the market for Game 4 itself.
Cleveland is currently priced around a 51% chance to win Thursday's game, while Chicago sits around 49%.

The reason for the difference is straightforward.
Chicago leads the best-of-five AL Division Series 2-1 and only needs to win one of the next two games.
Cleveland has to win both.
Game 4 begins at 8:00 p.m. ET Thursday at Rate Field in Chicago.

White Sox Have 73% Chance to Reach ALCS
Kalshi's current ALCS qualification market strongly favors Chicago:
- Chicago White Sox to reach ALCS: approximately 73%
- Cleveland Guardians to reach ALCS: approximately 33%
The separate series-winner market is similarly tilted toward Chicago, with the White Sox around 71% and Cleveland around 29%.
Chicago can settle that market tonight.
A White Sox victory ends the series 3-1 and sends Chicago into an ALCS matchup with the Tampa Bay Rays.
A Cleveland victory forces a deciding Game 5 on Saturday in Cleveland.
Cleveland Is Still Favored to Win Game 4
The Game 4 market tells a different story from the series market.
Kalshi currently has approximately:
- Cleveland Guardians: 51%
- Chicago White Sox: 49%
That means traders slightly prefer Cleveland in Thursday's individual game while still making Chicago a substantial favorite to win the series.
It is a useful distinction.
The Guardians only have to be marginally better tonight to stay alive.
The White Sox have two opportunities to earn the one victory they need.
That built-in advantage is why Chicago's advancement probability remains much higher than its Game 4 probability.
Guardians Stayed Alive With a 9-3 Win
Cleveland changed the tone of the series Wednesday.
The Guardians beat Chicago 9-3 in Game 3 after dropping the first two games of the ALDS.
JosΓ© RamΓrez broke out after a difficult start to the postseason, collecting two hits and driving in two runs with a late triple.
Cleveland's pitching staff was even more impressive.
Guardians pitchers struck out 19 White Sox hitters, setting a postseason record for a nine-inning game.
Chicago also issued 10 walks and went only 2-for-11 with runners in scoring position.
The result prevented the White Sox from completing the sweep and brought Cleveland back into the series.
Parker Messick Starts for Cleveland
Cleveland will give the ball to left-hander Parker Messick with its season on the line.
Messick finished the regular season 12-9 with a 2.56 ERA and 193 strikeouts.
He gives the Guardians an established starter after Cleveland pieced together Game 3 behind Daniel Espino and a heavily involved bullpen.
The Guardians will again have their relief corps available aggressively because there is no reason to save arms for a game that may never happen.
Cade Smith, Tim Herrin and the rest of Cleveland's late-inning group can all be used with elimination at stake.
Hagen Smith Starts for White Sox
Chicago counters with left-hander Hagen Smith.
Smith enters Game 4 with a 3-3 record and a 1.29 ERA.
The White Sox have built a right-handed-heavy lineup around him against Messick.
Chicago's lineup includes Chase Meidroth, Miguel Vargas, Randal Grichuk and Tommy Pham around middle-of-the-order threat Munetaka Murakami.
The White Sox do not need another nine-run game.
They need enough offense to protect a pitching staff that carried them through the first two games of this series.
Chicago Still Controls the Series
Cleveland's Game 3 victory mattered, but it did not erase Chicago's biggest advantage.
The White Sox still lead 2-1.
Chicago won the first two games in Cleveland before the Guardians answered in Game 3.
That means the White Sox have already earned two different paths to the ALCS.
They can close the series Thursday at home.
If they lose, they get another chance Saturday in Cleveland.
The Guardians have no comparable margin for error.
One loss ends their season.
Game 5 Returns to Cleveland if Necessary
If the Guardians win Thursday night, the series moves back to Progressive Field.
Game 5 is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. ET Saturday.
That possibility is important to the current advancement market.
Cleveland would regain home field for the deciding game, but it still must survive Game 4 before that advantage matters.
Chicago can eliminate all of that uncertainty with one victory tonight.
White Sox Would Face Rays in ALCS
The Tampa Bay Rays are already waiting.
Tampa Bay completed a three-game sweep of the New York Yankees and became the first American League team to book its place in the ALCS.
The Rays currently sit around 63% in Kalshi's American League championship market.
Chicago is next at approximately 27%.
That market could change quickly once the final ALDS matchup is decided.
The White Sox first have to get there.
White Sox vs Guardians Markets to Watch
The advancement market is not the only active contract surrounding Game 4.
Kalshi currently has Cleveland around 51% to win the game.
Cleveland is approximately 37% to win by more than 1.5 runs, while Chicago is around 31% to win by more than 1.5.
The team-total markets are almost evenly split around 3.5 runs.
That pricing reinforces the basic Game 4 setup.
Traders see Thursday as close.
They do not see the series as close.

Chicago Has Two Chances to Finish the Series
Thursday's market creates an unusual postseason setup.
Cleveland is the slight favorite to win Game 4.
Chicago is the heavy favorite to advance.
Both can be true.
The Guardians showed Wednesday that they can extend the series, beating Chicago 9-3 behind a revived offense and a record-setting strikeout performance.
But the White Sox still own the more valuable advantage.
They only need one win.
Kalshi currently gives Chicago approximately a 73% chance to reach the ALCS.
The White Sox can cash that advantage tonight.
