Similar to what I found during my BetMGM review, DraftKings keeps its live offering simple, providing markets mostly for major leagues.

I have to give it to DraftKings when it comes to features that just make the betting experience a lot better. Here are the key elements that I liked:
DraftKings offers live streaming of major sports games, but its BetVision feature is what really stands out. With this function, you enjoy a high-quality video feed of NFL games. The only catch is that you need a positive account balance and a bet on an NFL market before you can stream the game.
The Stats Hub is a feature I use constantly, regardless of whether I am betting on the app or directly on the sportsbook site. Its tab is clearly visible at the top. Clicking on this takes you to a hub where you will find inside information on teams, players, and recent betting trends.
This has to be one of the most innovative betting features I've used, and it's exclusive to DraftKings. And it comes in handy if you're a tennis bettor who regularly places live wagers. With it, you can quickly place bets between every single point in a tennis match.
DraftKings' SGP builder is very similar to what I found during my Caesars review. Basically, it helps you build a parlay by combining selections from the same game. In addition to this, the sportsbook often features pre-built parlays that you can just select if you do not want to have to make individual picks.

The first thing that hit me when I opened the DraftKings sportsbook for the first time was its signature black-and-neon-green color scheme. This palette is bold, but easy on the eye, and gives the overall website a sophisticated look.

My DraftKings rating for customer support is mixed. The operator tried to check the right boxes, but some key features are missing. You have live chat, but it connects you to a bot that pulls answers directly from the FAQ.
