I’ve used DraftKings on and off for several years, mainly because it’s consistent. The interface can feel busy at first, but once you know your way around, it’s efficient and quick, especially for live betting. The odds are solid most days, and I like the range of markets - they cover more than just the big leagues.
Banking is straightforward, withdrawals usually hit on time, and the mobile app performs reliably. My main complaint is support, as it’s hard to get a real person. But day-to-day betting is smooth, and I keep DraftKings in my regular rotation.

After several comparisons across the board, I can say that DraftKings does offer competitive odds, but not in every scenario. On most moneyline markets, I calculated their juice to be between 4% and 5%, which is pretty standard in the industry.
DraftKings' live betting odds are particularly strong, often better than competitors. I also like how the operator is quick to adjust its numbers based on changes for both live and upcoming events.

I have to give it to DraftKings when it comes to features that just make the betting experience a lot better. Here are the key elements that I liked:
DraftKings offers live streaming of major sports games, but its BetVision feature is what really stands out. With this function, you enjoy a high-quality video feed of NFL games. The only catch is that you need a positive account balance and a bet on an NFL market before you can stream the game.
The Stats Hub is a feature I use constantly, regardless of whether I am betting on the app or directly on the sportsbook site. Its tab is clearly visible at the top. Clicking on this takes you to a hub where you will find inside information on teams, players, and recent betting trends.
This has to be one of the most innovative betting features I've used, and it's exclusive to DraftKings. And it comes in handy if you're a tennis bettor who regularly places live wagers. With it, you can quickly place bets between every single point in a tennis match.
DraftKings’ SGP builder is very similar to what I found during my Caesars review. Basically, it helps you build a parlay by combining selections from the same game. In addition to this, the sportsbook often features pre-built parlays that you can just select if you do not want to have to make individual picks.
There is an entire section dedicated to providing you with everything you need to know about betting on the sportsbook. This page also contains links to odds and parlay calculators, which you can use to check the potential payouts of specific markets.
The first thing that hit me when I opened the DraftKings sportsbook for the first time was its signature black-and-neon-green color scheme. This palette is bold, but easy on the eye, and gives the overall website a sophisticated look.
DraftKings' betting interface is quite busy but in a good way. You have the main header where you will find tabs displaying other offerings of the brand, like the casino and lottery (what appears here will depend on your location). If I were to describe the DraftKings betting app in one word, it would be "efficient." With a 4.8/5 rating on the Apple Store and 4.7/5 on Google Play (as of the time of my review), it's clear I'm not the only one who thinks so.
The application generally loads faster than the website, and this is quite helpful when placing live bets. It also supports push notifications, which I turn on when I want to receive updates without being logged in to my account. Besides this, the mobile platform maintains the same color scheme and has identical features as the desktop version.
As of August 25, 2025, DraftKings stopped accepting credit cards. However, this was not much of a problem for me because it still supported a wide range of payment methods. Just note that the available options will depend on which of the DraftKings states you’re in.

My DraftKings rating for customer support is mixed. The operator tried to check the right boxes, but some key features are missing. You have live chat, but it connects you to a bot that pulls answers directly from the FAQ. It also has a support channel on X; still, you get the same copy-and-paste responses, very similar to what the live chatbot provides.
There is no phone line, so no direct contact with a real support agent. Sending an email is another viable option, but it can take several hours to get a reply. The only thing I can actually commend is the comprehensive FAQ section where the operator addresses several topics.
