Week 3 action in the LPL is set to wrap up with this slate, but don't let that bother you. The LPL doesn't take breaks like some other leagues (a little shade thrown maybe). Today's slate should be a a great one as both matches are pretty even in terms of skill. The first battle of the day will be between 2-3 Suning Gaming and 0-2 Rogue Warriors. The second series of the slate will be between a pair of 2-1 teams in Invictus Gaming and Edward Gaming.
Suning Gaming (-235) vs. Rogue Warriors (+170)

The first series of the slate will see Suning Gaming and Rogue Warriors square away. These two teams haven't looked all too strong so far this split, and they appear to be on the path to miss the Summer Split playoffs as well. Suning has now dropped three straight contests after opening 2-0 with back to back series sweeps over LNG and Team WE. They prefer to play a slower-paced game, and this can be a dangerous thing if they don't draft a team with a good late-game compostion. Mid Laner Angel has been the most solid player with a 3.58 KDA. On the other hand, Bot Laner huanfeng has been unable to mount much momentum which has hurt them on this losing streak. Meanwhile, Rogue Warriors has yet to win a game within a series after losing their first two matches 0-2 to Top Esports and Invictus Gaming. Top Laner Holder has the team's highest KDA with 1.33, but he has been replaced this match by Crazy who has a KDA of 1.17. So far, there hasn't much to brag about from Rogue Warriors, and Suning has been cold lately. I'm looking to the over in this one as Suning is the better team in this series but Rogue Warriors will be hungry to break the win column. Rogue Warriors is too talented to drop six straight games in three serieses, and I don't believe Suning is strong enough to sweep them giving their current form.

Edward Gaming: Aodi, JunJia, Scout, Hope, Meiko
The last series of the slate has all the makings to be a great battle. These two teams have had similar paths to this point with two wins and their only losses both coming to Team WE. Since their loss, Invictus Gaming has been super dominant with back-to-back 2-0 sweeps over Suning Gaming and Rogue Warriors, albeit there is a step down in talent there. Oddly enough, Edward Gaming also has a 2-1 win over Suning Gaming as well as a 2-0 win over OhMyGod. Mid Laner Rookie and Bot Laner Puff have been the driving force behind Invictus Gaming with a combined KDA of 15.83. Meanwhile, Edward Gaming will go with their strongest option at Jungler in JunJia who leads the team with a 7.57 KDA. Top Laner Aodi is the only player in their starting five with a KDA lower than five, and he comes in with a 4.25 KDA. Since the beginning of 2018, Invictus Gaming has held the upper hand in this matchup with a 6-1 record, but I don't think they can win this one. Edward Gaming is playing at an excellent level and managed to take a game against Team WE while Invictus Gaming fell to a sweep. Edward Gaming is a different team with JunJia in the lineup at Jungler, and I believe they take this win, possibly in three games.
