The UConn Huskies hope to win a second consecutive national championship as the current favorites to take the title. Bettors can back them to win and take on NCAAB tournament futures odds available at the best sportsbooks in the country.

The Huskies ended the regular season winning 18 of 19 games. That included sweeping conference rival Marquette in both contests.

The Houston Cougars are the #1 team entering the postseason. That was made possible after they clinched the Big 12 title in their first year in the conference. The Cougars continue to dominate with the country’s top defense, which will be challenging for any remaining opponents.
