This year’s NFL survivor pools have been bloodbaths. With so many big underdogs winning, many pools are already done…or are they?
Many pool providers are setting up “round two” pools, and we’re no exception. After our original pool was won during Week 5, we’re back at it again with another NFL survivor pool. It’s free to enter, and you can win fantastic prizes!

Wait, the first contest is over already?
Yes, it is. Our single-elimination contest started with 51 players prior to the season. Because of the onslaught of upsets, all but one player was eliminated between Week 1 and the end of this weekend’s slate.
The winner was the user Momirka13, who will be invited to join our lineup of expert handicappers. However, with so much of the season still to come, we decided to run it back, and here’s how you can get involved.
How to participate in our NFL survivor pool
Simply click the link at the top of the page. It’s a Yahoo league, so if you don’t have a Yahoo account, you may have to create one.
When prompted, enter the password WAWRound2 and name your entry (ideally with something that makes you easy to identify if you win!). After that, you should be signed up and able to make picks beginning with Week 6’s action.
The rules for this pool are the same as the last one. You must make a pick every week, you cannot use the same team twice, and if your pick does not win (or you do not make a pick), you’re eliminated. The NFL survivor pool will continue until one player is left standing, or until the playoffs end.
The prizes remain the same, too. The winner(s) will be invited to join our team of experts, and everyone who signs up will get $5 off any item in our handicapping store. To claim your coupon, click here to contact us and provide your information, including your entry name.
We’ll also have a weekly show on the Winners and Whiners YouTube channel focusing on survivor pools. Each show recaps the prior week’s action and offers both safe and strategic picks for NFL survivor players.
