This shift represents a reversal of sorts. Virginians looking to wager on Virginia, Virginia Tech, or any other college team based in the commonwealth have yet another option. For that reason, some of the tax money that has left North Carolina and headed to Virginia could be headed the other direction with the ACC tournament and, down the road, NCAA basketball tournament betting.
