We get 27-14 Minnesota vs 23-14 Houston in a game that is essentially a pickem. This is the first meeting of the year between these two teams. The Timberwolves have won two straight, including a 139-106 beatdown of the Bucks on Tuesday. The Rockets had lost three straight before beating the Bulls here on their home floor in Houston two days ago. Minnesota plays well on the road at 12-8, but the Rockets are money at home, with a 12-2 home record at Toyota Center.
Anthony Edwards is day-to-day with a foot injury, but he likely plays here after sitting out the Milwaukee game. Alperen Sengun & Kevin Durant have been playing well and Houston has a lot of mojo right now and remember, they had lost three straight before beating the Bulls last time out, so they really need to continue to play well and put winning streaks together, and I think they get the win over the Timberwolves here.
