The San Diego Padres lineup ranks well below average in wRC+ and ISO power against right-handed pitching during the last 30 days. We have seen multiple right-handed starters eclipse their respective outs recorded lines in recent games against the Padres including Merrill Kelly (21), Zac Gallen (18), Brandon Pfaadt (15 only 72 pitches), Yamamoto (21) and Ohtani (18). Even Jose Cabrera tossed a full 5 innings of work despite throwing only 74 pitches. However, Shane Bieber only registered 14 outs last night and the Blue Jays needed to utilize 5 different relievers. There's a pretty clear case to bet Both Teams To Score in this World Cup quarterfinal match. The BTTS prop has cashed in all five Norway matches thus far with them scoring 12 goals and conceding nine. Erling Haaland has scored a goal in each of his last 14 international matches. Meanwhile, England has scored 2+ goals in four of its five matches during this WC.

That all being said, I don't want to bet BTTS (Y) at the current price. But by parlaying it with England to Advance, we've got ourselves a plus money wager. The Three Lions were incredible last time out as they went into the Estadio Azteca and downed Mexico 3-2, despite being down to 10 men and controlling only 33% of the possession. Haaland may be the best striker in the world, better than the aging Harry Kane. England is also missing a key defensive player who has a red card in this game, while Norway plays today with their complete team. Norway’s attack has been impressive this year as opposed to England’s, whose attack has been inconsistent in this tournament. Norway is playing very well as a cohesive unit and they carry a lot of momentum into this game. It will be hard for England to ignore this as Norway is a live dog in this game with the potential to upset England. Norway is good enough to win this game or force extra time in a tied game.
