I'm taking it to the prop sheet for my daily free play, and I'm riding with Jackson LaCombe (6G, 35A) to log an assist at even money. For starters, we should see some goals in this game featuring a couple of up-and-coming, youthful offenses.
As for LaCombe specifically, he has at least one assist in six of his last seven games (85.7%), as well as nine of his last 11 outings (81.8%). LaCombe's is Anaheim's leader in TOI/G at 24:23, and maybe it's cliche, but good things can happen when you're on the ice. The d-man is also walking the blue line on the Ducks' top power-play unit.
There's a solid chance that the Ducks' power-play will strike Friday, as they take on the Habs' 27th-ranked penalty-killing unit (76.53%). Over the last 10 games specifically, and during all situations, Montreal is 21st in GAA (3.25), 23rd in team SV% (.883), and 26th in high-danger SOG faced (42). This should be a back-and-forth barnburner, and I expect LaCombe to have his hand in a goal.
