If you're looking for a free play on the ice tonight, then you've come to the right place. I'm riding with the Ducks on the moneyline at pick 'em pricing. Both of these teams are playing well at the moment, but there's one piece of news that came out this morning that has me interested in Anaheim. The news is that it's confirmed that David Rittich will start in net for the Islanders, and not Ilya Sorokin. Rittich has been just okay this season, sitting at 13-8-3 with a 2.63 GAA (18th) and a .899 SV% (30th). He just got lit up for 4 goals by the Panthers on Sunday, and he has now allowed 3+ goals in four of his last five outings.
The Ducks have excelled at the Honda Center this season, going 20-9-1 overall and 8-1-0 in their last nine home games. They're also on an incredible 12-3-0 run across their last 15 games overall. At a pick 'em price, I'll back Anaheim against New York's backup netminder.
