| NHL | (63) St. Louis Blues at (64) Montreal Canadiens | 7:07pm EST - Dec 7/2025 |
The PLAY: Montreal Canadiens -133
With both teams on a back-to-back, I have to roll with the Candiens. Montreal has the superior offense and has gone 7-1 in their last eight games when playing for the fourth time in six days. With the Blue struggling both offensively and defensively, and losers in 16 of their last 22 road games, Montreal is the play.

| NFL | (137) Denver Broncos at (138) Las Vegas Raiders | 4:05pm EST - Dec 7/2025 |
The PLAY: +6 Teaser: Broncos -1.5 and Buccaneers -2.5
This may seem simple and square, but it should be a slam dunk. I think both teams will cover outright, but the Broncos and Bucs have had against-the-spread struggles and are risky to trust to win by a margin.
Could I see both of these teams, or one only losing by six or seven points? Absolutely. But I don't see either winning by at least three. Tease this to +6.
Take the Denver Broncos -1.5 and Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2.5

| NFL | (121) Washington Commanders at (122) Minnesota Vikings | 1:00pm EST - Dec 7/2025 |
The PLAY: Washington Commanders -1.0 (-110)
Both teams have endured brutal schedules this season, with Minnesota ranking 6th in strength of schedule and Washington not far behind at 8th. The Commanders are coming off two straight overtime losses, which shows they continue to compete hard despite the record. Daniels' practicing in full on Thursday is also a positive sign that shows this time hasn't quit, and even if he can’t go, Mariota is coming off a strong performance in Denver.
According to the Football Power Index, Washington ranks 23rd compared to Minnesota at 27th, despite the Vikings having a slightly better record. Washington showed a lot of fight in last Sunday Night's 27-26 overtime loss to the Broncos, losing the game on a failed two-point conversion attempt. With two flawed but talented teams, Washington is the play for me here as they are much more trustworthy at the quarterback position.
