Luzardo has struggled for the most part in 2026 while posting a 5.77 ERA & 1.40 WHIP and he's coming off a horrible outing where he allowed 6 runs (5ER) across only 3 innings of work against the Colorado Rockies. Contreras has hit .270 with 4 home runs against lefties compared to only .234 with four home runs against righties he has 102 at-bats against righties but only 37 at-bats against southpaws.
