Cleveland finds themselves tied at the top with the White Sox in the AL Central. The loss of their star Jose Ramirez for 6 to 8 weeks is going to put on damper on the Cleveland offense. Houston has the better starter in Arrighetti going today, as Cantillo comes in with a 4.38 ERA on the year and 4.93 on the road. Arrighetti is 7-2 with a 2.57 ERA this year. Take the Astros.
